it's official
Well, today I put in my two weeks at my current job. Thank god that's over... I kept debating it over and over and over again in my head but finally I just went ahead with it, it needed to be done and I wasn't going to get anywhere by staying in that crappy job. So what's done is done and there's no turning back now. Yay me!
That means my last day is June 16th, which will give me about a week and a half to get everything ready before I leave for Korea. But ack...I still need to move all of my stuff out of my apartment and sell my car! But I do have a few weeks left so hopefully everything will fall into place...hopefully.
Alright...enough for now, more later when I know further details about my flight and departure times, etc.
What a relief...

Don't worry about it, your parents will accept it eventually. Mine were okay when I moved here, but they kept asking me when I would be moving back to Canada.
That only stopped after I got married, had a baby, and have a job with 16 weeks of paid vacaion. But eventually it does stop. They're just doing what parents do.

Good luck with your journey to Korea...I think in a previous post you mentioned you accepted a job in Bundang. Perhaps we'll run into eachother one day as I live in Miguem, Bundang.
